At Albe's BMX Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your new gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unassembled parts and bikes. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Request a Return Authorization
Contact our support team via email or phone to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.
Pack Your Gear Securely
Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and then into a sturdy shipping box with plenty of padding to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Albe's
Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at your preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the items are in new, uninstalled condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
